Wey Valley College — KS3 SEMH Early‑Intervention Outreach Mentoring (South West Surrey)

Wey Valley College is offering a SEMH outreach mentoring programme for Year 7 and Year 8 students at their mainstream school in South West Surrey. The service provides a focused, term‑long mentoring block delivered in the student’s own school to prevent escalation, reduce suspensions and improve engagement.

Who the programme is for: -

• Year 7 and Year 8 students whose needs present as persistent dysregulation, school‑based anxiety, disengagement or repeated challenging behaviour.

• Students where early, relational support is likely to keep them in mainstream lessons and reduce risk of exclusion.
